If so, you might want to consider a Breathwork Away Day, a transformative experience that provides the opportunity for your team to refresh and renew, alongside cultivating the necessary skills to thrive in the modern world of work. For our Breathwork Away Days, Spring is working in partnership Ali at Rewild with Ali, an experienced and accredited Breathworks Provider.
In each of our programmes, we blend psychology, neuroscience, breathwork and somatic practice to provide a truly holistic experience. Teams can expect a mixture of theory, group and personal reflection, experiential learning and evidence-based tools and techniques, that can immediately be put into practice.
